SHIPPING
All garments are made to order.
Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order within 14 days. We will email you once your order is ready to ship.
If more than 14 days have passed please email us at Simonevanessadesigns@gmail.com to review the status of your order. Please be sure to include your order number.
Made to order garments that are larger items, such as custom garments, bridal gowns and evening wear may take up to 30 days to process and ship.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by email, using the details provided. We will refund the full amount paid using the original method received.
We don't refund shipping in the case that the carrier doesn't accomplish the estimate date of arrival. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods, pandemic, etc.) Simone Vanessa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not offer a refund if this occurred

We are located in Toronto, On Canada. If a local pick up is something you would like to inquire about, please email us before you place your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and should be received within 7-10 business days after processing. Delivery time may not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. .

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For orders shipped outside of Canada, the billing and shipping address must be the same. Shipping will be provided via Canada Post. Please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day because additional verification is often necessary. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for delivery. Any delays at customs once the parcel has reached the destination country are not under our control. Please note, order modifications cannot be made after the order has been placed
Orders outside of Canada and the United States, shipping fees range from $20 - $135 CAD depending on the country you live in, the shipping service you select, and the weight of your package. If you exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item. If you are outside of Canada and the United States and would like to place an order, please email us at Simonevanessadesigns@gmail.com
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND OTHER FEES
Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her/their country may impose to take delivery of his/her/their order. Any abandoned packages are at the responsibility of the customer.
